Digital Downloads
All digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase. Because they’re accessible immediately, we’re unable to offer refunds on digital items. If you experience any trouble accessing your files, please contact us — we’re happy to help make sure you receive what you paid for.

 

Physical Products
We want you to love your order. If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund if needed.

Change-of-Mind Policy
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please read product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you have questions before buying, we’re always happy to assist.
